Bandundu formerly known as Banningville city until 1966, southwestern Democratic Republic of the Congo, at the junction of the Kwango and Kwilu rivers. Bandundu is one of the eleven former provinces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It borders the provinces of Kinshasa and Bas-Congo to the west, Equator to the north, and Kasai-Occidental to the east. It is the largest town on the river between Kinshasa and Kikwit.

CMM Global started a CONTRACT in May 2019 in this part of the country, with MONUSCO under United Nations peace keeping mission. We did mobilization, recruited and trained technicians for the daily full operation and maintenance of the diesel generators, until when peace returned in the region, and MONUSCO withdrew its presence from the province.
